The Boat Show invites you to discover more about boating with its three brand new themed areas dedicated to the worlds of sailing, fishing and water sports. Led by top names of each of these disciplines, these spaces are intended to be a place of discussion and meeting. Do not miss this unique opportunity to receive advices from recognized professionals! In addition, each of the spaces will be equipped with a giant screen that will allow you to follow video projections.



Sailing thematic area :

At the junction of the levels 200 and 300, you'll find the sailing area. Discuss your passion at the conferences and special meetings with personalities from the world of sailing. Skipper George Leblanc and representatives of the renowned Transat Quebec Saint-Malo will give you some insights about the sailing possibilities in the province.



Water sports thematic area:

At level 400 of the Boat show, in the north mezzanine is the water sports sector. Here, you can watch videos, attend presentations or diving demonstrations. Wakesurf champion Dominic Lagacé has alrady confirmed his presence in order to share his passion for this sport.

Fishing thematic area :

Join at this area  if you want to learn as much about the fishing techniques on the choice of boats. Patrick Campeau inducted to the Canadian Angler hall of fame in 2014 will host some sessions.

By popular request, the Parks Canada photobooth is back this year to transport you in a flash to the heart of Canada’s national and historic treasures. Conveniently located at the entrance to the show, you and your family can bring back a free souvenir photo of your visit. the Boating skills virtual trainer is back! 


Navigate safely at the Montreal Boat Show with the Boating skills virtual trainer of the Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons (CPSS).
Among the featured activities at this year's show include the Boating skills virtual trainer. Presented by the CPSS, this driving simulator on the waterways allows visitors to test their skills in a variety of weather conditions. Equipped with latest software and three screens giving a panoramic vision, it gives you the feeling to be at the heart of the action and adopt the right thing in every situation. Those wishing to try it will go directly to the kiosk ECP at kiosk # 134, level 400.
